How to join

  • 1. Get in Touch

    Contact the EPACA Secretariat to express your interest in membership

  • 2. Introductory meeting

    The Secretariat will arrange an initial meeting to:

    • Present EPACA’s work and values
    • Explain the Code of Conduct
    • Outline membership category levels
  • 3. Submit your application

    Applicants are asked to provide:

    • The completed EPACA application form
    • A signed commitment to the Code of Conduct
    • Supporting documents confirming eligibility

    Applications are reviewed and approved by the EPACA Board of Directors

What happens next?

Once the membership application is approved and membership dues are paid:

  • Membership is activated immediately
  • The new member is:
    • Announced via EPACA’s social media channels and press outreach
    • Added to EPACA mailing lists and internal communication channels
    • Granted access to all EPACA tools and resources
    • Invited to participate in meetings, roundtables and events

  • EPACA membership is open to public affairs consultancies operating in Europe that engage professionally with EU institutions. Applicants must be legally established companies with demonstrable experience in EU public affairs. Members are required to adhere to EPACA’s Code of Conduct and commit to the association’s ethical and professional standards.
